PURPOSE:To obtain a braille tile excellent in molding efficiency, execution efficiency and weatherability by compounding silcon oil with polyolefin elastmer to constitute. CONSTITUTION:Silicon oil 0.05-4 pts.wt. is compounded with olefin elastmer 100 pts.wt. as partially bridged elastmer by thermally treating dynamically a mixture mixing elastmer 100 pts.wt. of polypropylene resin 20-80wt.% and ethylene-alpha-olefin copolymerization rubber 80-20wt.% with multifunctional compound 0.1-5 pts.wt. under the existence of organic peroxide to obtain a braille tile. If necessary, various kinds of additives such as various kinds of stabilizers, placitizers, slipping agents, etc., are properly added. |
