<p>PURPOSE: To provide the subject composition that comprises a dendrimer pro vided with blocking agents on its terminal group and an active substance occlud ed in the dendrimer, release the active substance by the decomposition of the blocking agent and can control the time and the duration over which an active substance is released. CONSTITUTION: An active substance to be occluded (preferably pharmaceutical compounds, agrochemical substances, materials used in the personal care products, cosmetics, food additives, aspartame, additives for industrial plastics, signal absorber, signal generator, chelate compounds, radicals, soap, colorants, radioactive labeling compound) is added to a reaction mixture containing dendrimer (preferably polypropylamine dendrimer generation 4 or more dendrimer) and simultaneously a blocking agent bearing protecting groups is added to give the objective composition.</p> |
