摘要 PURPOSE:To control the fluctuations of oxygen concn. in the whole furnace by constituting an intergrating optimum regulator of a mathematical model of the behavior of oxygen concn. in the whole combustion zone, and determining the excess coeficient of air in an air zone from the measured value and the desired value. CONSTITUTION:Each set value of oxygen concn. of a soaking zone 12, a heating zone 13, and a preheating zone 14 ina 6-zoned heating furnace is inputted to an integrator 4. The oxygen concn. in the soaking zone 12 is controlled by operating the air-fuel ratio of zones 1 and 2, the oxygen concn. in the heating zone 13 is controlled by operating the air-fuel ratio of zones 1, 2, 3, and 4, and the oxygen concn. in the preheating zone 14 is controlled by operating the air-fuel ratio of zones 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6. Feedback compensation is carried out by a device for estimating a state variable 6 and a gain matrix 7. Integral serial compensation operation wherein the difference between the set value and the measured value is inputted is carried out by the integrator 4 and the gain matrix 5. By using such a controller, the controlled value can be finally converged to zero.
