The invention relates to a guard, in particular on printing machines, for the prevention of injuries to the operating personnel. The aim of the invention is to provide a guard in the passage between the printing units which allows perfect accessibility of the sheet guiding means during the running of the machine while fully guaranteeing safety during work and thereby prevents damage to the sheet or the copy. It is the object of the invention to configure the guard in such a way that direct observation of the sheet path for the adjustment of the sheet guiding means while the machine is running is made possible without reducing safety during work. According to the invention, this is achieved by the fact that at least one flap is designed as a load-bearing grille and is connected to an electric limit switch and that this flap is fully covered by a closed flap, not connected to electric limit switches, which can likewise be pivoted away. <IMAGE> |
