PURPOSE:To absorb efficiently the kinetic energy of wave by forming a wave- force prime mover comprised of a driftedly moving floating body oscillating up and down by wave and a cylinder/piston free in oscillating in the water. CONSTITUTION:A wave-force prime mover is comprised of a driftedly moving floating body 1 on the surface of the sea and an arm 2, piston rod 3, piston 4 and cylinder 5 connected to it. A table base 8 performs turning motion in the up-and-down direction with a spherical body 10 as the center of rotation repeating the cycle of the right side down, horizontal, left side down and then horizontal following the up-and-down movement of wave. Consequently, the piston 4 is reciprocated in the cylinder 5, so that an oil motor 38 is turned to operate a generator 39. Thus, wave force can be utilized efficiently. |
