摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To eliminate fluctuation of purity of produced gas and to save power consumption in a swinging pressure method by performing operation of an apparatus by setting the highest operation pressure at a substantially lower pressure than the highest pressure adopted as a referential value of design. CONSTITUTION:A raw material gas 10 is compressed by a compressor 1 and a strongly adsorbable component is adsorbed in an adsorption tower 2A and weakly adsorbable component is discharged out of the system from a main valve 9 through an adjusting tank 6. In this stage, the flow rate is detected by a flow sensor 7. If the value is below a referential value for design for the full operation of the apparatus, an automatic unloader valve 4 is operated and the internal pressure of the adsorption tower is reduced. A product gas amt. controlling valve 5 is operated simultaneously to mitigate the disturbance of the adsorption layer. During this time, the adsorption tower 2B is in the stage of regeneration under vacuum, and the gas 12 enriched with strongly adsorbable component is discharged through a vacuum pump 13. Thereafter, the adsorption tower is changed successively and the operation is continued.</p>
