发明名称 METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR DETECTING POSITION OF OPTICAL LENS
摘要 PURPOSE:To compute the deviation between a mechanical axis and the optical axis of a lens, by transmitting laser light, which is in parallel with the mechanical axial line, through laser on the mechanical axis, and utilizing a light when the central coordinates of an elliptical locus, which is drawn by the light point during the one turn of the axis, agrees with the optical axis and the mechanical axis. CONSTITUTION:A laser optical axis 14 is deviated from a center 15 of a lens chuck axis 11 by (d). The optical axis of a lens to be examined 12 is deviated from the center 15 of the chuck axis 11. Under this state, the lens is turned wth the chuck axis 11 as a center. Then a light point, which is outputted on a light receiving surface 13 of a light sensor draws an ellipse. Namely, when the center O' of a lens is located at an initial position, whose eccentricity is E, the light point O is outputted. The light points 1- 7 are obtained at every 45 deg. and the ellipse is formed. The locus of the center of the lens 12 forms a circle 0'-7'. When the optical axis 14 agrees with the center of the chuck axis 11, the light point draws a circle. When the eccentricity E is zero, the circle converges into its center. Therefore, it is found that the center of the ellipse is the light point when the center 15 agrees with the axis of the lens 12. Thus the eccentricity E can be computed.
