PURPOSE:To offer inexpensively and easily a cylinder barrel whose inner surface is wearproof and corrosionproof, by fitting a pipe made of high-grade alloy steel in a pipe for backup steel. CONSTITUTION:A seamless pipe 2 made of high-grade alloy steel (for example, SKH51, SKD-11) is made to fit in a seamless pipe 1 for backup steel made of carbon steel through shrink fitting. As the pipe 2 made of the high-grade alloy steel is made to fit in the seamless pipe a cylinder barrel whose inner surface is wearproof and corrosionproof can be manufactured inexpensively and easily. |
