PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the cycle time of a handling system directly performing work in a plastic injection molding machine to simplify the handling system. SOLUTION: A handling system for a plastic injection molding machine 11 and a method for inserting insertion parts 21a-21d into the mold hollow chambers 14', 14" of the tool 12 of the plastic injection molding machine 11 are provided. The insertion parts 21a-21d are inserted into the mold hollow chambers 14', 14" in different predetermined azimuths individually or as a block. A first handling device 35 throws the insersion parts 21a-21d into a group before insertion. In this case, the azimuths of the insertion parts 21a-21d in the group are equal to those of the insertion parts 21a-21d in the mold hollow chambers 14', 14". A second handling device 25 inserts the insertion parts 21a-21d of the group into the mold hollow chambers 14', 14". |
