PURPOSE:To expand the reality of a middle sound frequency range by dividing the middle frequency range into two channels of orchestral and vocal sound, and direct sound and indirect sound by a control amplifier section and allowing one set of speaker system to reproduce the respective sound. CONSTITUTION:A microphone signal is mixed with a signal on a tape or the like and the result is amplified by a 2-channel amplifier 4. The level of a part of the signal is adjusted optionally by sound volume adjustment 11 via a band pass filter 9 and a delay element 10 and mixed with the direct sound via a buffer 14 so that one of the signals is in phase with the direct sound. Further, the other signal is mixed with the direct sound via a buffer 25 so as to be in opposite phase with the direct sound. Thus, the indirect sound is converted into two systems of signals being in phase and opposite phase to the direct sound, the signal is subject to optional level adjustment by a main sound volume adjustment 6 and the result is reproduced as sound from a speaker system 2 via a main amplifier 7. |
