PURPOSE:To restrain the generation of noxious combustion component and to reduce preheating time by interposing the heater plate body which an electroheating wire is provided on the multihole plate of an insulation and heat resisting material, between a catalyzer layer and a heat insulating layer. CONSTITUTION:It is the point of a clean combustion that in the beginning of an ignition to heat a catalyzer layer uniformly, to attempt the uniform distribution of a fuel gas flow and to shift to stationary combustion by a catalyzer self combustion at an eary stage. Besides it may be attempted to uniform the temperature of the catalyzer layer by maintaining the total heater plate body 9 in high temperature with the interposition of the heater plate body 9 provided an electroheating wire 14 on the multihole plate 12 of insulation and heat resisting material between the catalyzer layer 8 and an insulation layer 10, also may be attemped to uniform the fuel gas flow distribution at the catalyzer layer 8 by a rectifying effect of the multihole plate 12 as for a preheat iginition. Thereby, a generation of the combustion gas and unburned noxious compornent (CO, HC etc.) may be restrained in a large scale in a beginning process of the combustion after preheating, and also may be achieved clean combustion under the shift to the stationary combustion in a short time. |
