摘要

The output regulation of a wind power plant which has a horizontal-axis rotor held on a mast is improved owing to the fact that a mast upper part is arranged on the mast so that it can rotate about a vertical axis as a function of tracking the wind direction, that a machine housing which is supported by the mast upper part and has the rotor can rotate about a vertical axis with respect to the mast upper part, and that a positioner is provided which rotates the machine housing out of the wind direction with respect to the mast upper part as a function of the wind speed.
