摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a display time corresponding to the time when a specific number of signal pulses are outputted and improve the positioning precision of a function part by stopping the mechanical driving system immediately when a 1st signal pulse is outputted. SOLUTION: If a burst noise originating from a commercial power source is generated, a motor 4 is stopped with this noise and a long-size film 2 is also stopped. In this case, however, the continuance of the burst noise is about 15msec, so the number of signal pulses which are outputted is smaller than a specific number. Therefore, the motor stop is not determined and the motor 4 is operated again when the burst noise is ceased, so that the film 2 is made to travel again. Consequently, misdetection caused by the burst noise originating from the commercial power source can be prevented. Further, the motor 4 is stopped with the signal pulse, so the size of a 2nd through hole 2b can be set small and then a relative position can be set with higher precision.
