FIELD: oil and gas production industry. SUBSTANCE: according to method, bore-holes are drilled, productive intervals are opened with subsequent recovery of oil from producing wells. Preliminarily, oil recovery from wells is carried out with production rate higher than initial critical gasfree production rate. Breakthrough of gas cone into well is recorded, and production rate of well as to oil is changed until reaching value of gas factor higher than initial gas factor and lower than value of gas factor corresponding to reduction of coefficient of recovery of fringe oil. After that, oil extraction is continued with maintaining value of preset gas factor by means of varying depression brought to bear on bed. Application of aforesaid method gives: possibility of operating wells in conditions of natural gas-lift facility, intensification of oil production rate, accompanying recovery of gas and condensate from gas-condensate cap as commercial products without drilling specific producing wells.
