PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To preferentially process calling to a specified receiver even when the calling is concentrated to the receiver of a specified group by dividing the receivers into plural groups and calling the receivers of the respective groups by time slots corresponding to the groups. SOLUTION: When the number of the receiver 5 is dialed from a telephone terminal 1, a center station 3 is called and a calling request is received by a calling reception part 11. The priority of the calling is set for the respective receivers beforehand and registered in a priority table 17. In a group distribution part 14, when an opening is generated in the area for storing the call information of a certain group of a storage device 15, the call information of the certain group is retrieved from the call information of the storage device 13, and from an address included in each call information of the group, the priority data 17 are referred to and the priority of the call information is judged. Then, the one of the highest priority and an earliest reception order within the group is read and stored in the pertinent group area of the storage device 15.
