PURPOSE:To decide the workable status of a working station on the basis of a simple and economical method by forming a condition for discriminating the generation of a working request and the 4th storage means for storing the combination of unit operations. CONSTITUTION:A sequence control device is constituted of a generalized control device 10, a memory 11 having four tables, an operation request detecting device 12, robot control devices 13, 15, robot operation teaching data storing memories 14, 16, and a relay control board 17 to execute synchronous and exclusive control of the operations of plural installation groups. A deciding part 12-1 in the device 12 checks the contents of an inhibition flag while updating the pointer of an operation request generating table 11-4 in said memory 11, and when an operation generating condition is formed, reads out a selected parameter and then starts and set up the start controlling status. If an inhibition releasing condition is formed, the discrimination part 12-1 sets up said inhibition flag to ''0'' and a current status latching part 12-2 latches a signal from a working board 3 and sends the latched signal to said deciding part 12-1. |
