PURPOSE:To reduce the burden of a heater-cooler to substantially zero by forming the air duct constitution by provision of blow-off ports and exhaust ports in respective rooms and taking fresh air from a sun room and an underground chamber. CONSTITUTION:Blow-off ports 4 and exhaust ports 5 are provided in respective rooms, and they are operated through a fan. A small sun room 10 and an underground room 12 in which a heat storage material 11 is laid, and air take-in ports 3 of air ducts 3 are provided in the small sun room 10 and the underground room 12. The air outdoor exhaust port 3b of the air duct 3 is installed in a garret 13. The air duct 3 is attached with cool air and warm changeover dampers 14 at this side of the air take-in port 3a to carry out changeover of taken-in air. |
