<p>PURPOSE:To reduce electrostatic capacity and to increase a signal scanning speed by forming an internal electrode of a tablet as a fylfot pattern and surrounding the internal electrode by an external electrode. CONSTITUTION:An earth electrode 11 is formed like parallel crosses on a printed wiring board 10 and a reference electrode pattern 12 is formed in a square area surrounded by the electrode 11. The pattern 12 is formed by the internal electrode 13 and the external extrode 14 formed on the inside of said electrode 11 so as to surround the electrode 13. A through hole 15 is formed on the center part of said area and the internal electrode 13 is provided with four leg chips e.g. expanded in the vertical and horizontal directions as the starting points including the through hole 15 and formed like a fylfot bent by 90 deg. from its fixed positions in the clockwise direction. The external electrode 14 surrounding the internal electrode 13 has a square frame 16 and four leg chips 17 engaged with the leg chips of the internal electrode 13. Coupling chips 18 are formed on the opposite two sides of the frame 16 in the external directions respectively from their center parts as signal lines for adjacent electrodes.</p> |
