摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the titled compound in high yield useful as an intermediate for synthesizing medicaments under mild reaction conditions by a simple operation without requiring specific reagents, by reacting a urethane derivative with a furan derivative in the presence of an acidic catalyst. CONSTITUTION:A urethane derivative shown by the formulaI(R<1> is H, or alkyl; R<2> is alkyl; R<3> is H, alkoxycarbonyl, or acryl; R<4> is H, alkyl replaced with alkoxycarbonyl; R<3> or R<4> together with R<1> and C and N linked to them form group shown by the formula II or formula III) is reacted with a furan derivative shown by the formula IV(R<5>-R<7> are H, alkyl, hydroxymethyl, halogen, etc.) in the presence of an acidic catalyst at -10-50 deg.C, to give the desired compound shown by the formula V. The compound shown by the formulaI, for example, is easily obtained by subjecting a urethane derivative shown by the formula IV to electrolytic treatment in an alcohol shown by the formula R<2>OH.
