PURPOSE:To use a magnetoresistive element while being combined with a holder conformed to the curvature of a magnetic drum, and to detect leakage flux from the magnetic drum efficiently by giving flexibility. CONSTITUTION:Even wirings and leading-out wirings are unified by thin-film- shaped conductors 11 formed by shaping a ferromagnetic thin-film 9 in Ni, Fe, Co, etc. and thin-film-shaped electrodes 10 in Cu, Au, etc. onto a heat-resistant high-molecular resin film 8 consisting of polyimide, etc. through evaporation, sputtering, plating, etc. and selectively patterning them through photoetching. Accordingly, a magnetoresistive element 13 having one filmy structure and false secondary structure and flexibility is obtained. |
