PURPOSE:To improve water squeezing effectiveness and durability ever so better, by setting an elastic material layer to be covered at its one side down to a fiber reinforce elastic layer provided with a draining groove on its surface, in case of a belt being made up of inpregnating and covering the elastic material layer to an inner surface and both sides of a woven ground fabric. CONSTITUTION:This endless belt 1 installs an elastic material layer, whose surface is smooth enough, consisting of polyurethaneelastomer or the like in one side of a nylon ground fabric layer 4 being double-woven. And, a fiber reinforced elastic layer 5, made up of impregnating a fiber web layer 7 consisting of nylon or the like in polyurethaneelastomer and forming linear grooves 51 on the surface, is installed in the other side of the said ground fibric layer 5. And, also in the ground fabric layer, the polyurethaneelastomer, and both layers 5 and 6 are unitized in one. The said linear groove 51 is made up of a lot of spiral grooves being somewhat tilted to a belt shifting direction and paralleled, and it is formed over the whole range of a conveying surface of the belt 1. |
