PURPOSE:To obtain a steel sheet material favorable as a material for fuel contg. alcohol, and superior in corrosion resistance and formability by applying zinc plated layer at on side of the steel incorporating specified ratios of C, Cr, acid- soluble Al, to iron. CONSTITUTION:One side of the steel sheet consisting of, by weight <=0.02% C, 3-20% Cr, 0.005-0.10% acid-soluble Al, if necessary, 0.03-0.5% one or >= two kinds among Ti, Nb, Zr, V and the balance iron with inevitable impurities is covered with about 10-150g/m<2> zinc or zinc alloy plated layer. Tank suitable for alcohol or fuel contg. alcohol is obtained by forming tank having outer surface coated with the plated layer. |
