PURPOSE:To obtain a diaphragm light in weight, abounds in rigidity, and has improved a loudspeaker characteristic by forming a core material of a loudspeaker diaphragm stuck between two pieces of skin materials, by an aluminum- lithium alloy whose lithium content is <=15wt%. CONSTITUTION:Thin film-shaped skin materials 1, 2 are formed by malleating an aluminum Al-Li alloy containing 5wt% lithium Li. A thin film which has malleated an Al-Li alloy of the same material quality as that of the skin materials 1, 2 is formed to a multi-layer by making an adhesive position cross and sticking it successively, and it is cut to a prescribed width, and thereafter, elongated, and a core material 3 which has formed a hexagonal space is manufactured. The cut end face of this core material 3 is stuck to the skin materials 1, 2, by which a diaphragm of a honey-comb structure is obtained. In such a way, the conversion to a light weight and a high elastic modulus can be realized, and the loudspeaker characteristic can be improved. In case it is made to have the same weight as usual, a thickness of the core material can be thickened, and the deterioration of a tone quality such as a divided vibration, etc. is prevented. |
