PURPOSE:To obtain the reasonable iron core without loss or noise by constructing magnetic paths having the magnetic characteristic corresponding to the magnetic flux density by a method wherein the main leg part and the yoke part are composed of the lamination of iron plates of different magnetic characteristics. CONSTITUTION:The magnetic path of high flux density, i.e. the magnetic path 21 becoming smaller in cross section than the main leg part uses an iron plate having the magnetic characteristic of higher permeability than that of the magnetic path 26 becoming larger in cross section. Similarly with the main leg part, the main leg parts 11U, 11V, and 11W are composed of iron plates having the magnetic characteristics of higher permeability than that of 16U, 16V, and 16W. Otherwise, iron plates of different magnetic characteristics in iron loss can be combined. In other words, a compact and reasonable iron core can be constructed by adopting iron plates of good characteristic of iron loss for the iron plates constituting magnetic paths of higher flux density. |
