PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display the remaining capacity of a power battery for a moving body continuously, in real time according to the voltage change of the battery. SOLUTION: A voltage-measuring part 1 for measuring the voltage of a power battery 2 for a moving body, a remaining capacity determining part 1 for determining the remaining capacity of the power battery 2 by using the voltage value measured with the voltage-measuring part 1, and a residual capacity meter 4 for displaying the residual capacity of the power battery 2 determined with the residual capacity determining part 1 are installed. The residual capacity determining part 1 has a voltage value accumulating means for accumulating the voltage values measured with the voltage-measuring part, a mean value calculating means for calculating a mean value from the accumulated voltage values, and a first determining means for determining the residual battery capacity cased on the mean value calculated with the mean value calculating means. |
