发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF THIN SUPERCONDUCTIVE COIL
摘要 PURPOSE:To provide a superconductive coil which is adapted to be employed as a thin superconductive coil for a detector of collision reacting particles such as electrons or protons, in which the axial central position of the metal bobbin and the magnetic central position of the cylindrical coil coincide with each other, and in which axial distribution of face pressures against the magnetic central position of the cylindrical coil is symmetric on the right and left sides. CONSTITUTION:A prepreg insulator-coated flat-type superconductive wire is wound from the end Q of a coil holder 11 by one-half of the total number of turns on the inner surface of a bobbin 2 while applying pressure outwardly. A pressuring jig 13 is inserted from one end of the bobbin 2 therein to apply an axial load P to the winding end face of the first coil section. Thereafter, this assembly is housed in a heating and drying furnace to make adhesive being coated preliminarily over the superconductive wire thermosetting so as to integrate the first cylindrical coil and the bobbin. Next, after the remaining one-half of the total number of turns of the cylindrical coil is wound around the bobbin 2 toward the other end A to form a second coil section 15, a second pressuring jig 16 is inserted from the end A of the bobbin 2 therein to compress the winding end face of the second coil section 15 to the position (a) shown in the figure. There after this assembly is housed in the heating and drying furnace to make the coated insulator thermosetting so as to integrate the entire superconductive wire.
