PURPOSE:To improve durability by incorporating a cut-off mechanism which cuts off a delivery when the delivery pressure of a pump exceeded a certain value, into a set reference force providing mechanism which provides a set reference force, in the captioned device with a moment-balance method. CONSTITUTION:The tilting angle adjusting part of a variable capacity pump 18 is controlled by the operation of a piston body 16 having different outside diameters on both ends, via a control arm 19. A lever rod 24 is rotatably supported 25 by a supporting part 22 which is provided on the outside part of the piston body 16, and in which a pilot piston 20 is incorporated. And, an L-shaped lever rod 30 is swung against the spring device 34, by means of the operation of the lever rod 24 through the pilot piston 20 which receives a pump delivery pressure. Thereby, a selector valve 60 is shifted, moving the piston body 16 together with the control arm 19, to cut off the delivery of the pump 18. The spring force of the spring device 34 is variable depending on the pump delivery pressure which is introduced into a cylinder 36 via a control valve 40. |
