PURPOSE:To perform the evaluation of flowability with good accuracy, by rotating a rotor, which is constituted by forming projections to the outer peripheral surface of a columnar main body, in a highly viscous substance being a measuring object. CONSTITUTION:A measuring specimen 3 is received in a container 7 and a rotor main body 5 is rotated in the measuring specimen 3 to measure the torque of the rotor shaft 4. The rotor main body 1 has projections provided to the outer peripheral surface thereof and, when the rotor main body 5 is rotated in the measuring specimen 3, the specimen 3 flows and the flowing resistance, that is, the viscosity of the specimen at this time is taken out as the torque of the shaft 4 and detected as the current value corresponding to the torque. |
