摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To enable a device to decrease its supply distance of parts further supply the next parts of a screw or the like while an arm moves to a work position, by providing the parts supply device on the arm of an industrial robot. CONSTITUTION:An industrial robot arm 5, providing a screw tightening work tool 10, mounts a driving part consisting of a vibration generating part 31. While a parts supply device 30, storing parts on said driving part, is provided for lining the parts to be supplied. This parts supply device 30 forms in its storage case 32 a spiral moving path along a wall surface from a bottom part. Accordingly, the device 30, if it drives the vibration generating part 31 by inputting a start signal, vibrates the storage case 32 and lifts the parts on the storage case 32 to be moved while lining along the moving path 34. And the parts are supplied onto a guide rail 41 in a supply unit 40 from an outlet of said moving path 34.</p>
