<p>A plough has a frame beam (1) supporting plough bodies (5, 6). The front plough body (5) is pivotable about an upwardly extending axis (10), and part (26) of the mould-board (23) of each other plough body (6) is pivotable about an upwardly extending axis (27). Adjustment is made through rod systems (12, 14; 34, 36) from a common rod (20). The rod (20) may be displaceable mechanically (by a screwthreaded spindle (37) or hydraulically (by a cylinder (43)). Adjustment may be effected automatically in response to the tractive force required to drive the plough through the soil. </p> |
