PURPOSE:To improve cleanliness by constituting a titled device into the constitution in which a polymerizing vessel and a spinning device provided with a monomer separator are thoroughly separated and providing an engaging part which can attach and detach freely said vessel and spipping device to and from each other thereby cleaning thoroughly the polymerizing vessel and closing hermetically the vessel. CONSTITUTION:The polymerizing vessel is constituted with a polymerizing tank 1, a piping 2 for connection and a storage tank 3 for a cleaning liquid or monomer. The engaging part 11 for the spinning device provided with the monomer separator is fittably provided to a joint part 5. A part 6 for opening the sealing of the part 5 is cut and the engaging part 11 of the spinning device is connected upon ending of the polymn. with the above-mentioned constitution. The polymer for a core is then fed to the spinning device and the prescribed composite spinning is executed. The cleaning of the polymerizing vessel is executed by putting a solvent such as acetone into the tank 3, heating the same with a heating element 10, cooling the evaporated solvent in the tank 1 and cleaning the vessel with such solvent. The thorough cleaning and hermetic closing of the polymerizing vessel are thus made possible and the cleanliness is improved. |
