The ball-pint pen has a helical surface groove (3) with a sequence of numbers corresponding to a lotto game, a transparent sleeve (5) and a hollow end chamber (6) containing balls (7) corresponding to lotto numbers. The balls to be used for the lotto tip are of different co lour from the others. All balls are shaken into the groove and the positions of the colored balls give the numbers.
