PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food composition which is safe and good for health, and a method for preparing the composition. SOLUTION: This food composition comprises four kinds of medicinal herbs of pueraria mirifica, boesenbergia pandurata, eugenia caryophllus and glycyrrhiza glabra, and lactose and/or gelatin as a powdery filler; and the manufacturing process contains a formulation step for granules or tablets. |
