PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overlaid in-mold film not generating peeling, breakage and whitening in the bonding part with a product part when an overlaid in-mold molded article is obtained simultaneously with molding by using an injection mold having a submarine gate structure. SOLUTION: In the overlaid in-mold film 6 for decoration wherein at least a pattern layer is laminated to a substrate film supplied to the gap between injection molds having a submarine gate structure to be integrated with the surface of a molded article simultaneously with the injection of a molten resin, a non-adhesive part avoiding the adhesion of the resin solidified in a runner and the substrate film is formed to the part corresponding to the runner of the surface on the side integrated with the molded article of the substrate film.
