CONTROLLER FOR MEDIATING SIMULTANEOUS INTERPRETATION SERVICE THROUGH TELEPHONE LINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mediating controller which realizes mediation of an interpreter any time at the time of a need of simultaneous interpretation by solving the problem that a user needs to search the interpreter when using a three-party speech service function for asking interpretation to receive a simultaneous interpretation service by telephone. SOLUTION: The mediating controller is provided with at lest a database device comprises of a register database of interpretation users and a database of interpreter members, a private branch exchange adaptable to CTI which is connected to a telephone line, a mediation processing terminal machine, and a telephone set for mediation.
