<p>Detection of sialylated Lewis" antigen in sera is employed as diagnostic of the presence of cancer. Monoclonal antibodies are provided which are shown to be useful in the diagnosis of a neoplastic condition, with a wide variety of different tumors. A particular hybridoma, CSLEXI (ATCC HB 8580), is a source of such antibodies.</p> |
