PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press-bond tearing and cutting system of a continuous sheet capable of processing the sheet by only purchasing an adhering unit if only a cutting treating unit is already incorporated or processing the sheet by only purchasing the cutting treating unit if the adhering unit is already incorporated. SOLUTION: The press-bond tearing and cutting system of the continuous sheet comprises the adhering unit having a first sensing means disposed between the adhering unit and a tearing and cutting unit to sense a downward slack of the sheet and a control means receiving a signal from the first means to send a signal of stopping to drive the drive means for providing a drive force to a conveying means of the sheet, and the tearing and cutting unit having a second sensing means disposed upward from the first means to sense the slack of the sheet disposed between the adhering unit and the tearing and cutting unit and a control means for sending a signal of starting to drive to the drive means receiving a signal from the second means to provide the drive force to the conveying means.
