PURPOSE:To prevent dispersion in performance and strength by making the outside diameter of a hub smaller than the inside diameter of a shroud, installing a fixed metal mold on the hub side and a movable metal mold on the shroud side, and carrying out molding and mold releasing only by the vertical movement of said movable metal mold. CONSTITUTION:In a fan of which the outside diameter D2 of the hub 2 is smaller than the inside diameter D4 of the shroud 4, a movable metal mold is provided on the shroud side while a fixed metal mold is provided on the hub side, enabling molding and mold releasing only by the vertical movement of the movable metal mold. Therefore, the fan can be molded in an integrated form by means of a pair of simple metal molds, preventing dispersion in performance and strength due to dispersion in work.
