PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution of the optical switch and reduce the cost by switching optical paths by using only one movable optical device. CONSTITUTION:When there is a movable reflecting mirror 12 for switching optical paths on the right-hand side, light incident on the optical switch from a connection terminal 2 is passed through a lens 5, reflected by a surface 12-a of the reflecting mirror 12 by 90 deg., and emitted from a connection terminal 1 through a lens 4. Namely, the terminals 1 and 2 are connected to each other. When the reflecting mirror 12 moves to the left position, the light being made incident on the optical switch from the connection terminal 2 is passed through the lens 5 and reflected by a surface 12-b of the reflecting mirror 12, and passed through a lens 6 and emitted from a connection terminal 3. Namely, the terminals 2 and 3 are connected together. |
