X-RAY FLUOROSCOPIC INSPECTION DEVICE FOR PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD

PURPOSE:To necessitate a min. required X-ray irradiating region by locating a printed circuit board fed by an arraying machine into an inspection housing to the X-ray irradiating position. CONSTITUTION:The circuit board is fed into the housing 11 and stops when the front end thereof contacts with a stopper 16. The circuit board is thus positioned in the longitudinal direction with respect to the X-ray irradiating region. Conveyors 12, 14 stop and shutters 13, 15 close when a detector 21 detects the contact of the front end of the board with the stopper 16. Then a cross feed cam 17 rotates to move the board toward a guide 19 side. The right end of the circuit board is thereby fitted to the guide 19 and the circuit board is positioned in the transverse direction with respect to the X-ray irradiating position. The min. required X-ray irradiating region A is thus necessitated.
