PURPOSE:To provide grounding and to reduce stray capacity by a through hole part, by providing the through hole in a transistor, connecting input and output terminals to a microstrip lines, and connecting a grounding terminal to a grounding conductor. CONSTITUTION:A grounding part of a transistor can be obtained in the very close proximity of a transistor package 33. Stray capacity, which is generated between the input and output of the transistor, can be reduced by a slit shaped through hole 32 having a grounding conductor. Thus the operation of the circuit can be stabilized. Grounding terminals 34a and 34b are bent and inserted into square through holes 31a and 31b. Thus the arranging position of the transistor can be made clear. |
