PURPOSE:The titled tea that is prepared by adding a tea powder to a glue such as starch and crushing the kneaded and drie solid mixture, thus being suitable for use as a ground tea, because its deterioration can be prevented to keep its good taste and can be readily served through easy process. CONSTITUTION:A glutinous substance such as starch is combined with a powder of tea such as MATCHA and kneaded. The mixture is dried and the solid product is crushed into particles or granules to give the objective instant tea.
