PURPOSE:To constitute the titled method so that a warp is not generated in a completed state, by making parts, wherein the warp is generated through a partial difference in a cooling rate, into a thickness through which counterforce in the opposite direction of the warp is generated. CONSTITUTION:The outside surface 4 formed in a U-shaped cross section of resin parts 1 is lengthy and a base end 5 and the tip 6 are connected in a crank shape state with each other. Thickness of the base end 5 and the tip 6 are inconstant and variable extending over the whole length, and the backside of the outside surface 4 is formed so that the more positions are moved toward the central part 9 from both ends 7, 8 the thinner the thickness becomes. Owing to this variation of the thickness counterwarp-force against warping force to be generated at the time of generation of a warp is generated. The thickness of the base end 5 and the tip 6 are varying even in a depthward direction, and the tip side is formed thinner than the base end side. Owing to the variation of the thickness the counter-warp force is generated, too. |
