The invention relates to a vehicle of the barrow/trolley type allowing the transportation on the building site of rolls of mesh and their simultaneous unrolling during installation. It consists of a frame 1 of tubes surrounding the roll on three sides, of a circular plate 2 mounted on rollers and possibly of a cone 3 for centring the roll. It is maintained at the bottom by the edge 5 and at the top by a rod 8 in its centre so that the mesh can be extracted either manually so as to fix its end to its fencing support then afterwards by drawing the vehicle arranged as a trolley so that the mesh unrolls vertically. This equipment is specially intended for the installers of fencing whose time it must be able to save. <IMAGE>
