The subject of the invention is a trihedral assembly of three metal sections and is characterised in that two sections 10, 20 are identical and have a U-shaped cross-section defining a base 11 and two flanges 12, 13, at least one of the ends of the said section 10, 20 having flange edges at 45 degrees in relation to the general direction of the section, the flanges each having a right-angled cut-out of thickness slightly greater than that of the metal sheet of the third section, the right angle having a branch 17, 18 parallel to the general direction of the section, the other 16, 17 perpendicular to this direction and going as far as the base of the U, the two right angles being arranged symmetrically in relation to the general direction of the section, the third section 30 having a cross-section in the form of a square having two adjacent sides 33, 34 which are incomplete and are each prolonged by a segment 35, 36 extending at right angles towards the outside of the square, the said segments defining two outer flanges of the third section, the said flanges having a rectangular cut-out at their ends, the said flanges and the adjacent faces of the said third section engaging by means of their ends in the right angles of the first and second sections arranged mutually at right angles and at right angles to the third section, an edge 37, 38 of the cut-outs of the flanges of the third section bearing on the first and second sections.
