<p>PURPOSE:To make a device effective for extension of the transmission length of an optical signal by functioning the device as an optical repeater which relays the optical signal from a transmitter and transmits it to another receiver if a light emission signal circuit is selected by a switch. CONSTITUTION:When a button 2 of a transmitter 1 is depressed, a switch 202 is turned on, and a control circuit 203 triggers a light emitting tube 205 at a period corresponding to the channel selected by a switch 204. A repeater 4 receives infrared optical pulses through a light receiving window by a photodetector 206, and a control circuit 207 turns on a transistor TR210 in response to the output of the photodetector 206. Then, a TR214 is turned on, and therefore, a thyristor 215 is turned on, and a flash device 6 emits light, and this light from the flash device 6 is received by a photodetector 241 of a receiver 9. The receiver 9 detects light emission of the flash device 6 to turn on a TR244, and the shutter release operation of a camera 8 is performed to execute photographing.</p> |
