PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ladder-like leg body and a portable working platform using this leg body, for improving strength of a stepping sash bar, while surely gripping the stepping sash bar by hand with excellent touch in lifting. SOLUTION: The stepping sash bar 19 is the ladder-like leg bodies 12 and 13 having a hollow main cylinder part 22 for forming a main part of a tread 21 on its upper side, and a hollow auxiliary cylinder part 23 integrally and continuously connected to any one or both of the front and rear of the main cylinder part 22 and forming an extension part 21a of the tread 21 on its upper part.
