PURPOSE:To prevent environmental pollution and color staining, etc., by using a processing soln. contg. an org. acid, ferric complex in a specific concn. as a bleaching soln. at the time of processing a color photographic sensitive material with a bleaching soln. and subjecting it to stabilization treatment without water rinse. CONSTITUTION:The silver halide color photographic sensitive material, after color development, is processed with a processing soln. having bleaching action contg. a ferric complex of an org. aicd, such as ethylenediaminetetraacetic aicd or diethyenetriaminepentaacetic aicd, in a concn. of 0.03-0.1mol/liter, and when needed, further, a pH buffer agent, such as sodium chloride, a fixing agent, such as sodium thiosulfate, a bleach accelerator, as shown in the formula, etc., and then, undergoes a stabilization treatment, without water rinse, using a processing soln. contg. a chelating agent, such as diethylenetriaminepentaacetate, preferably, having a chelate stabilization constant of >=6 with respect to iron ions. |
