摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain an inexpensive ultrasonic flaw detection data recording apparatus having high reliability, constituted so as to enable the recording of all raw flaw detection data detected in the site by manual flaw detection by an external recording medium. CONSTITUTION:A manual scanning apparatus 10 consists of an X-axis 11 formed so as to be capable of setting an attraction means such as a magnet to a material 40 to be inspected, a Y-axis 12 sliding while being guided by the X-axis 11, the theta-shaft 13 attached to the free end part of the Y-axis 12 in a freely oscillating state and the probe 14 set to the lower leading end of the theta-axis 13. The probe 14 emits the ultrasonic wave, which is transmitted from an ultrasonic flaw detector 20 through a transmission cable 50, to the interior of the flaw detection surface and receives the flaw echo or reflected echo reflected and returned after the ultrasonic wave is impinged to the flaw part in a welded part 14. The apparatus 10 transmits data of movement quantities of the probe 14 along the X-axis 11 and the Y-axis 12 and the oscillating angle of the theta-axis 13 to a data recording apparatus 30 through a transmission cable 51.
