PURPOSE:To eliminate the sticking of granular powder to an impeller by forming radially plural upward slanting surfaces at the upper part in the direction reverse to the rotation, and superposing a disk provided with numerous pores on a horizontal rotary disk at the rear end of the upward slanting surface. CONSTITUTION:The fine granular material in a cylindrical vessel 1 is submitted to the centrifugal action by the rotation of a horizontal disk 3 superposed on a rotary plate 2, and turned around in the vessel 1 in the revolving direction of the disk 3 while being pressed on the inner surface of the vessel. Simultaneously the fine granular material is driven upward by a radial upward slanting surface 4 of the disk 3, and always rolled by the ruggedness 10 of the upward slanting surface 4. The granule turns on its axis and is moved around in the cylindrical vessel 1 repeatedly. Accordingly, the granules are rubbed with each other, and the sphering of the granules is promoted. By this method, the position of each granule in the vessel is positively changed by the revolution.
